V-HYADASE

V-HYADASE is a ready-to-use media for the denudation of oocytes prior to the intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). It contains 80 IU/mL of Hyaluronidase in HEPES buffered Human Tubal Fluid (HTF) Medium with Human Serum Albumin (HSA). Hyaluronidase catalyses the enzymatic cleavage of hexosamine bonds between hyaluronic  acid  and glucosaminoglycans, which anchor cumulus cells to the oocyte, and thereby facilitates removal of cumulus cells during the denudation process.
